JIRO FREAK is a platform for Jiro-lians who love Ramen Jiro. Through visualization of shop-specific rules and AI-powered congestion forecasts, we support your journey to encounter the ultimate bowl.
2. Service Guide
Our service primarily provides the following features:
- Shop Discovery: Integrated with maps, allowing you to filter by region, business hours, and unvisited shops.
- House Rule Guide: Providing peace of mind for beginners, we explain the procedures for lining up, purchasing tickets, and making "calls" (customizations).
- Congestion Forecast: Combining user review reports and statistical data, we predict wait times for each time slot.
- Digital Stamp Album: Photos taken at visited shops become your own unique album (stamps). Aim to conquer all shops!
3. Requests to Our Users (Co-creation Guidelines)
This service is a platform created together with all of you.
- Updating Information: If you notice any changes in house rules or business hours, please feel free to let us know via the Inquiry Form.
- Compliance with Manners: Please keep photography inside the shop limited to the Ramen only, and remember to be considerate of the shop, other customers, and local residents.
4. Prohibitions and Disclaimers
Prohibitions
To maintain a comfortable community, the following acts are prohibited. Posts deemed inappropriate by the administration may be deleted without prior notice, or account suspension may occur.
- False or Irrelevant Posts: Reporting wait times significantly different from reality, or posting images/information unrelated to the shop.
- Rights Infringement & Harassment: Infringing on the privacy of others (e.g., faces in photos), slander, business interference, or acts contrary to public order and morals.
- Inappropriate Use: Attempts at fraudulent data manipulation or access using automated tools (bots), etc.
Disclaimers
- Accuracy of Information: Posted information is based on reports from volunteer users. Please always check the latest information on official shop SNS, etc., for actual business status.
- Freshness of Information: Due to the nature of the offline viewing feature (PWA), old information may be displayed temporarily.
- Perception of Wait Times: Displayed wait times are reference values based on user reports and AI analysis results (using external large language models, etc.). We do not guarantee actual queuing conditions.
- Service Operation: Information may be corrected or system maintenance performed without notice.
5. Handling of Data and Accounts
We operate as follows to protect user privacy and utilize data healthily.
- Authentication and Personal Information:
- We utilize an external specialized authentication platform for logins, and we do not hold password information directly in our site's database.
- Rights and Handling of Images:
- Copyright for posted images and text belongs to the poster, but they may be used free of charge for display within this service, and for statistical analysis, promotion, and notification (SNS, etc.) to improve the service.
- AI Analysis and Monitoring:
- Posted content may be used for AI analysis in a non-personally identifiable form to improve wait time accuracy and detect inappropriate posts.
- Processing upon Withdrawal:
- Authentication accounts are immediately physically deleted upon withdrawal.
- Posted reviews will continue to be published anonymously as "Deleted User" and will remain as valuable shop documentation (collective intelligence). We cannot respond to restoration or specific deletion requests after withdrawal.
