  • Posting Data: Photos, text (reviews), visit dates/times, and measured wait times posted by users.
  • Location Information: Location information obtained with the user's consent for shop search and current location display.
  • Access Analysis Data: Cookies and log information to understand the usage status of the service.

2. Purpose of Use

The Service uses the obtained information for the following purposes:

  • For providing the Service and identity verification.
  • For calculating congestion forecasts and creating statistical data.
  • For improving the accuracy of wait time estimation through AI analysis of posted content.
  • For monitoring inappropriate posts and responding to violations of the terms of use.
  • For responding to inquiries from users.

3. Use of External Services and Provision to Third Parties

The Service uses the following external services to supplement its functions. Data sent to these services does not include information that can directly identify a specific individual.

  • Authentication Platform: Used for login and account management.
  • Map Services (Google Maps API, etc.): Used for shop display and current location confirmation.
  • Large Language Models (AI Analysis): Used for analysis of posted content and wait time estimation.

Except as based on laws and regulations, personal information will not be provided to third parties without the user's consent.


4. Data Management and Security Control Measures

The Service will take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of obtained information and for other security management. Management of authentication information is entrusted to a specialized external platform, and password information is never held within the Service's own servers.


5. Deletion of Data (Withdrawal)

Users can perform withdrawal procedures from the settings page within the service.

  • Upon withdrawal, account information on the authentication platform will be immediately physically deleted.
  • Posted data (photos/text) will be retained after being anonymized so that individuals cannot be identified, in order to continue the purposes (statistics and materials) of Article 2 of this Policy.

6. Use of Cookies

The Service may use cookies to improve user convenience and for access analysis. Users can disable cookies through their browser settings, but in that case, some features of the service may become unavailable.


7. Continuous Improvement

The Service will periodically review the operational status regarding the handling of personal information, strive for continuous improvement, and may change this Policy as necessary.
